Parkering Larga Estancia AENA Alicante flygplats

I have booked the long term parking at the Alicante airport. As presented on the scren shot below. Unfortunately, I was not able to enter the parking lot with the provided PIN code. There is no possibility to enter any codes. As an effect I was not allowed into the long term parking lot. As my departure to Barcelona was getting close, I had no choice but to go into the standard paring lot P1. There I paid additional 78EUR for the 3 days. Please refund the 78EUR I had to pay as an effect of your system not functioning properly. Thank you sincerely Marcin Bialobrzeski image6.jpegimage5.jpeg

Aun estando en obras y dejando el coche donde no debía, todo estuvo bien, la recogida el coche estaba donde lo dejé, y tanto la entrada al parking como la salida estuvo fácil y sin problemas, el personal de control correctísimo y servicial, espero tener que utilizarlo alguna vez mas.

Good parking and normal prices

Absolutely terrible experience we were charged €281 euro on our return having allready spent €50.99 with this app 🤢 when we emailed for guidance all we got was a very vague answer that was no help! Spent 1 hour in the car park arguing but they would not let us out at 1am. I am going to put this review up on TRUSTPILOT as soon as I am free. Terrible experience 🤦‍♂️

I dont walk well, which is why I chose this car par area. No warning was given that the publicised entrances were fenced off, as was the pedestrian walk ways through the parking area to and from the terminal. It made a very stressful experience.

Me costó encontrar la salida cargado de maletas, las indicaciones me llevaban a una puerta cerrada y no había a quien preguntar. A la vuelta fue mejor.

I bought the most expensive parking, thinking it would be the most convenient. It was a nightmare. Not only was in long term parking, which was not only very far from the terminal, but with no direct path to the terminal. The return was even worse. I saw signs point to park large estancia which only got me lost. Horrible and frustrating.

The car park had large areas cordoned off, which made it difficult to get to the car. The ticket machines were not clearly signposted, so hard to find. We were not sure if there was extra to pay as we arrived later than expected at the park.

It was a little confusing walking from car to Terminal maybe more signage is needed and we also didn’t know the procedure of exiting the car park with our car as we had paid in advance, all you do is validate the ticket in the machine but again no instructions. Apart from that it was absolutely great! 👍🏻

We were 10 minutes late retrieving my car, and we could not exit car park. Office in car park was shut. Put my ticket in pay machine and it charged me an extra 4.25 on top of the 59 euros already paid. I thought I had grace time as only late because of plane late arrival

Whilst work has been going on in that carpark for more than a year now the directions from and to the first floor parking are inadequate, and there does not seem to be an elevator if you have heavy cases, especially for a lady on her own. The car park is ideally located for me when travelling and I have used it for quite a time, however I am confused as to who is now operating it Parkvia.com or Aena as both have sent me communications?

Could not find entrance no correct signs half of carpark blocked off at to park in long stay car park and pay again waist of money

Het is de 2de keer dat ik gebruik maak van jullie diensten en 2 keer dat ik problemen ondervind bij het uitrijden van de parking. De slagboom blijft gesloten en ik heb telkens contact moeten opnemen om dit op te lossen.

Good parking experience slightly longer walk to terminal than remember. Overall very satisfied.
