Grande facilité d’accès grâce à l’envoi de la localisation une semaine avant le rendez-vous avec le voiturier. Le lieu est facile à trouver et le service est impeccable. Un vrai plus : si vous ne parlez pas néerlandais (comme c’était notre cas venant de Belgique), ils s’arrangent pour trouver du personnel parlant votre langue. Je recommande vivement !

Lastig om klantenservice te bereiken in de ochtend (vroeg voor 9 uur) maar werd uiteindelijk netjes teruggebeld en daarvoor al door de chauffeur zelf, verder alles prima geregeld

Finde schade das die keinen Shuttleservice anbieten. Für den Preis gibt es wo anders bessern Service und günstiger. Musste für den Taxi hin und Rückweg zusammen 60€ bezahlen. Nie wieder
Zeer slechte service heen reis 1u moeten wachten dat wij opgehaald werden, terug reis niet anders, NOOIT meer boeken bij deze firma!!
Goede mogelijkheid om de auto bij Mercure veilig te parkeren. Let wel op: je moet nog met de bus (lijn 369, vanaf de Anderlechtlaan, onder viaduct door) van het hotel naar Schiphol reizen. De afstand is even een paar minuten wandelen. Op de terugweg is dit iets sneller. Zelf had ik de pech dat door de lange parkeertijd (4 weken), de accu van mijn auto leeg was en ik op hulp van de WW moest wachten. De receptie van Mercure was zeer goed in het faciliteren hiervan en bood mij zelfs een koffie aan. Super service!
