How does the service work?

On the day of departure

The handover and collection of your vehicle take place in the car park. Please call Infiniti-Parking 30 minutes before your arrival time and confirm your arrival time. If your arrival is delayed, please call the car park again to inform them about your delay. Drive directly to the Infiniti car park in Frankfurt. When you arrive at the parking lot, you will be assigned a parking space and you can keep your car keys. From here you will be taken to the airport terminal by shuttle service. A member of staff will drop you off at Terminal 1, Departures level, area B6 or Terminal 2, Departures level, area E8 (column 23/N).

On the day of your return

When you arrive, please call Infiniti-Parking twice. Once after landing and again when you have retrieved your luggage (if you have luggage). The Infiniti-Parking employee will then make his way to the meeting point (Terminal 1, Departures level, area B6 or Terminal 2, Departures level, area E8 (column 23/N) and collect you from there. The shuttle buses run from 06:00am to 11:59pm. He will then drive you back to the parking lot, where you can collect your vehicle and begin your journey home.

Potential additional charges:

• For arrivals or departures between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., there is a night surcharge of 40€.
• The shuttle service is available from Monday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 11:59 pm.
• An extension of parking after your stay has already started costs an additional 20€ per day. This is to be paid at the car park on the day of your return.
• The transfer is included in the price for up to 4 passengers, if you have more passengers than that, the car park will charge you 10€ per additional person. It is recommended that you bring additional passengers to the airport before coming to the car park.
• The price includes the transfer for 1 large suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage per person. For each additional piece, the parking provider charges an additional fee, as follows, which will have to be paid at the car park:

Additional luggage of any kind 10,00€:

• Suitcase
• Pram/Buggy
• Child seat

Bulky baggage per item 80,00€:

• Wheelchair
• Musical instruments
• Sport luggage
• Bicycles
• Live animals in transport boxes

• Max. vehicle size: 2.00 meters wide and 5.20 meters long.
• Large vehicles: over 5.20m length: 50€
• Trailers and motorhomes: 100,00€
• If you are delayed by more than 30 minutes, you will have to pay an additional charge as this will incur additional personnel costs due to your delayed arrival.
