On arrival please take a ticket at the entrance barrier, park your vehicle and make your way to the Customer Reception.
Show your email confirmation (includes your booking reference which will have been emailed to you on completion of your booking) to car park staff at Customer Reception.
Please remember to also show your car park entrance ticket.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask the car park staff.
I had entered my times on to the search engine, but my booking was wrong, starting 2 hours later and finished 22hrs earlier than I asked for. GPS info on my voucher was to the wrong car park, causing frantic phone calls to the telephone number on the voucher, who didn’t seem to understand my problem. I have learned from my mistakes on this booking as I didn’t check the details once the form was sent through, but I don’t understand why the hours I had asked for were completely different to the ones sent through on my final voucher.
I paid double because of a mix up in location. Would it be possible to get a refund? I have a receipt of payment and my original booking documents.
The link on maps took us to a wrong destination just of the general carpark. Very confusing when using for a first time. Once familiar its great.

en la web deberían publicar la planta en que se puede aparcar además de ofrecer mas información del procedimiento para aparcar. tuve muchos problemas para recogerlo.
Mala experiencia en cuanto al tema web de la reserva. En la página que se reserva luego no consta la reserva en AENA. Muy mala experiencia, no vuelvo a reservar en la página.
