The car park has the total responsibility of the vehicles parked inside it and for "any problem or clarification" the owner of the car park will be at your disposal to meet your needs or demands.

The Customer Service and Courtesy you will find will be the best, our staff will be at your disposal to help you park your vehicle as better way as possible and help you with your luggage by loading them in the Shuttle Bus.

The shuttle service is Free and always available (24h), is booked based on the parking time you enter in the reservation, easy to reach Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 according to your choice.

Once the luggage is loaded on the Shuttle Bus you will be taken to the airport, the transfer time from the parking lot to the airport will be about 8-10 minutes (traffic permitting).

At the car park you will also find other services such as: luggage wrapping, refreshment areas with automatic machines, car wash service, mechanic and garage services, restaurant bar. All services must be arranged directly with the car park and are payable directly at the car park.
