I would like to express my disappointment – I followed the sat nav postcode which took me to the wrong carpark – which only became apparent when I tried to leave and I had to pay £180 to get out of the car park as there was a queue of cars behind me. This was a genuine error on my part and I would like to request a refund of the £180 please. This was a trip for an academic conference and I am a frequent traveller. However this is the first time this has happened, and I am unlikely to fly with wizzair in the future and would be reluctant to advise colleagues to use wizzair.
It seems difficult to get a VAT receipt so that I can reclaim the parking charge from my employer.
When was leaving car park the system did not recognised my booking.
No vehicle reg printed on ticket on entry - hassle both on entry and exit because of this, hence low scores
