Great customer services on our departure from the car park
The barrier didn't lift on exit, it took over two minutes for the remote service agent to answer and when they did they were rude and abrupt.
It was my first experience with this company and the customer service staff were really lovely and helpful.
Hi, I accidentally bought the parking ticket for the wrong date. When I realised my mistake tried to call your phone number to try and rectify the problem , but it was after the opening hours. As a result i payed more than £200 for 3 days of parking. I understand that it's my fault, but that amount of money is extortionate. Not sure if I'll ever use your service again due to the availability of support and unreasonable costs of your facilities. Regards Andris

At check out ask to pay extra £60 sorted by staff quickly but could say sorry or good bay as it wasn’t my fault.
Easy to reach with only 10 minutes of walking to the terminal . Excellent
