How it works? Meet and Greet / Departure Procedure You will be asked to contact Swift Airport Park at least 20 minutes before your arrival at the terminal. One of the car park's uniformed staff who will be wearing one of their identity cards will meet you at bay 11 in the short stay carpark; he will take your keys and give you a receipt. You will then be just a 4 minute walk from the airport check in desks. The car park will then move your vehicle to the secured car park which is manned 24hrs per day. This is just half a mile from the airport.
Coming Back / Arrival from your Journey On your return to the airport call the car park to the number provided on the booking voucher when you arrive in the baggage reclaim hall or when you have cleared passport control if you have no bags to collect. The car park will advise you when your car will be at the same point that you dropped it off bay 11 in the short stay car park. You will be met by a uniformed member of staff who will return your keys to you. Please ensure that you are happy with your vehicle before commencing your journey home.
swift airport car park was a big trouble for us we was waiting 1 hour to get the car back it is stupid idea to give the keys for someone else and you know only his mobile and you are waiting for your car so long to get it back, could you imagine to wait a hour for 2 small kids. Please don't book this car park
Take more time to speak to customers. Wish them a good trip or in other words, learn so e customer service skills lads.
This was fine overall. The only problem was that in the initial phone call to tell them I was about to arrive I was given the wrong car park floor (level 2 when it was level 3). This would have caused stress if I’d been in a rush. I think instructions about exactly where to find the parking could be better.
I had no experience of parking at Luton airport so felt the explanation for finding the drop off point could have been better. I wasn't told that I would have to pay to access it which made me think I had come to the wrong place.

i had to wait over 45 minutes to get my car at 1.30am so not happy with the service.
location was not correct in the email it took to find the place to leave the car. When we returned from the trip, they were delaying to deliver the car everyone who was waiting for their car were complaining about the service. I do not tell anyone
