There was a small issue when dropping off the vehicle, as I called 30 minutes before arriving but the driver came almost one hour after that call. Anyway this didn't stop us from traveling ok and the service was still good.

à l'arrivée le lieu de RV était assez mal précisé par téléphone et au retour les explications pour retrouver le véhicule n'étaient absolument pas évidente ce qui m'a fait perdre UN EHEURE !!!!! la personne livrant le véhicule a commencé par me reprocher d'avoir téléphonet trop tard puis ses indications de localisation ne faisaient pasd référence à un endroit clair pour le touriste que je suis (pour lui c'était clair!!!! pas pour moi) or c'est moi le client. C'est au professionnel à trouver des solutions simples pour l'utilisateur.

Hello Sir, I did book for collecting the car on the 23rd January. When I dropped off the car, I mentioned we are arriving on the 24th but nothing was mentioned, so I was surprised that to be told that if we would have called earlier the charges will be cheaper. Your staff who collected the car knew that we are arriving on the 24th because I told him when he collected the car. Thank you Edward

Mein Auto stand mehrere Tage am Terminal und der hintere rechte Reifen war platt. Die Aussage des Mitarbeiters vor Ort dazu war, wir waren leider überbucht und hatten keine Plätze mehr. Die Reifenpanne wurde nur nach mehrmaligen Wunsch aufgenommen. Ich finde Service ist ausbaufähig
