How does this work? 

On the day of your arrival: 

1. Start your journey directly to our car park. A call in advance is not necessary. 
2. When you arrive at the parking lot, you will be asked to unload your luggage and your fellow travellers in the waiting area and then park your vehicles in the parking lot assigned to you. 
3. And off you go 😊 
4. The shuttle bus is based on your needs, & serves both Terminal 1 (Departure Area C7) & Terminal 2 (E8) of Frankfurt Airport. The transfer takes 7 min. 

Important: Please arrive at the car park no later than 30 minutes before the start of your check-in time! 

On the day of your return: 

1. After receiving your luggage, please proceed to the named stopping points from the day of your departure (Terminal 1: Departure area C7, Terminal 2: E8). 
2. As soon as you have reached one of the meeting points, please get in touch with us on our driver hotline. 

Additional Information: 

• If you arrive between 23:00 and 06:00 a one-time night surcharge of 50 EUR applies.
• The transfer is included for four passengers, If you arrive with more than four passengers, there is an additional charge of 20 EUR per person.
• Bulky baggage can be brought to the airport for an additional charge of 30 EUR
• Child seats are available free of charge. - Please inform the reception about this upon arrival. 

» The additional charges have to be paid in cash upon your arrival at the car park. We recommend bringing additional passengers and bulky luggage to the airport at the parking lot before your arrival in order to avoid additional costs.
