À l‘allée le chauffeur était très gentil et sympathique au retour un autre conducteur n‘arrêtais pas d envoyer des messages avec son portable en conduisant après un moment j’ai du lui faire remarquer d‘ arrêter d‘l’utiliser son téléphone en conduisant sa réponse était Je doit lire les messages car c‘est mon patron qui m‘impose cela . Je trouve inadmissible si cela est correct que un patron oblige les chauffeurs à l’utiliser leur portable en conduisant ceci met en péril la sécurité des voyageurs utilisant vos services. Je me vois désolé de voir ceci car ca réduit fortement l image de marque de votre société et je me vois heureux d être arriver à destination saint et sauf moi et mes enfants.Pour toute explication supplémentaire vous pouvez me contacter à mon adresse email lucber@live.fr. Parked with Uparking and will never use them again. We waited over an hour to be picked up from the airport at 1230am and then waited another hour for them to find our car and our car keys. The dispatcher was rude when I called for the 3rd time to ask how much longer we would have to wait. Each time I called to ask they asked me if I had my keys or if they had them and each time I answered that they should have them. When we finally arrived to the lot from the airport they were frantically trying to find our car and keys and not communicating with us at all. Horrible experience and will never use them again.
