Dopo 4 ore di macchina a Ferrara ho incontrato un incidente con fila di 10 km ho chiamato il parcheggio per dire che non potevo più arrivare alle 20:00 mi hanno risposto che al mio arrivo non era più disponibile la navetta per andare a Piazzale Roma a quel punto ho detto di annullare la prenotazione e con la mia famiglia in un orario non facile ho dovuto trovare un altro parcheggio con notevoli disagi . La mia esperienza con questo parcheggio non può essere che negativa

Dear Ladies and Gentleman We had our car in your parking from 27.4. 2018 to 1.5. 2018. We picked up the car today at around 13.45 at your parking and went home directly. When we parked our car in our garage we saw, that the car had been seriously damaged on the drivers side at the back door. The damage is major, since a HOLE has been poked through the metal of the car. It has obviously happened while parking the car and nobody told us about the damage. The regestration plate number was LJ 418-SV it was a grey Volkswagen Passat Touring. Attached i send you pictures of the damage.
