My husband is in a wheelchair so we took him to the hotel first not knowing if we would encounter any mobility problems. When my sister, 79 years old, and myself 70, returned for the luggage we were told only one of us could go upstairs to the car. We insisted we both go and they sent a man to watch us. It was pretty funny that we gave them the keys to a $25,000 car but they thought two old ladies were going to steal something from other cars when they have cameras. DUMB!
