The day of your outbound departure
To park with LLOLLO, drive to the Atocha AVE exit terminal, about 20 minutes before arriving, call your agent to confirm your arrival time. Your agent will be waiting for you properly uniformed so you can easily recognise him. After inspecting the car, give him the keys and let him park for you. In case of delay, you can contact the number indicated in your booking confirmation email.
The return day of your trip
On the day of return, around 20 minutes before arriving, call Llollo using the number indicated in your booking confirmation email and request the return of your vehicle. Do not request the return of your vehicle if you cannot get to the meeting point in less than 20 minutes, if you do not arrive in time you may be fined or incur extra charges.
Maximum length
The maximum length of the parking spaces is 5m. and the maximum height is 1.90m. Vehicles exceeding this length and height are not permitted.

In the confirmation email you receive after completing your reservation, you will find the contact information for the car park. For any questions or to let the car park know of any changes to your booking, i.e. about the time of delivery and collection, please call the number indicated in your booking confirmation email.
