How to use the service:
Meet and greet service Drive directly to the Valencia port departure terminal. Call the car park 20 minutes prior to your arrival and a Car park staff member will drive your car to the car park. On your return, call the car park 20 minutes prior to your arrival at the port and a car park staff member will drive your car back to the spot where you left it.
Directions
You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation. To view the location of the car park, please see the map on the website.Features

The port is big and complicated. I got a bit lost so I phoned them and they sent me a location by WhatsApp which was great. I would strongly suggest that they have a google location map of where the terminal is on their website.

The only difficulty we had was that we arrived at the freight terminal rather than the port departure for cruises.(my fault) However this was easily rectified by the staff waiting for our arrival. They guided us in all the way . I will certainly recommend your company to anyone traveling in your area. I will definitely use your company again. Ten out of ten. Fue todo según lo acordado, el desde el primer contacto telefónico con el personal tuve una gran sensación de profesionalidad y me transmitieron mucha seguridad y confianza. Todo fue super fácil y rápido, pero tanto entrega como recogida y un trato muy agradable.

At the time of booking on the internet it was showing under cover parking which we did not receive
The parking is covered, where the car is received and returned, it is not where it is parked. The parking is in the Veles e Vents building. Covered, closed and guarded

The info telling me how to get there wasn't very good(got stuck between 2 barriers at the port entrance because I followed the signs to the port and ended up in the working docks part and not the cruise terminal!)
