How to use the service:

Step 1: Drive directly to the hotel's indoor car park and leave your vehicle with a member of staff.

Step 2: If you require a shuttle transfer to Sofia Airport, please submit a request at least one day in advance of your drop-off date. Transfers are available only upon prior booking.

Step 3: On your return, if you have pre-booked a pick-up transfer, the hotel staff will collect you from the airport and take you back to the hotel.

Please note that shuttle transfers are not automatic and are provided only with prior notice.
