Al ir a pagar la estancia cuando recogía el coche el importe que pedía era superior al reservado aún estando menos tiempo que el reservado. Tuve que llamar a telefonillo de atención al cliente de las máquinas de pago para que lo solucionaran ya que los dos postes de información que había no estaban operativos y la cabina de pago estaba vacía con la consiguiente pérdida de una media hora de tiempo. Al final el.motivo resultó ser que en el ticket que recoges al entrar en el parking no figuraba el número de confirmación de la reserva y el señor que me atendió me lo.soluciono rápidamente y fue muy amable.
