Pre-Arrival Please make sure you’ve printed the email or have your mobile with you when you arrive at the car park. The customer service team will need to see this confirmation of your booking to let you in. Please keep it safe as you may also need it to exit the car park. Upon arrival On arrival please wait for one of the staff members to open the entry gates and let you in. Staff are on site 24/7. You'll then be directed by staff to park in one of the bays. Once parked, empty the vehicle of everything you need to take on your trip, and secure the car by closing windows, doors and then locking it. Please keep your keys with you.
Leaving the car park
After exiting the airport terminal you should return to where you were previously dropped off at the terminal during your arrival and call the telephone number that will be provided in your booking confirmation for shuttle bus pick-up. As a reminder please see below bus stops for each terminal:
Terminal 1 - Bus Stop E
Terminal 2 - Bus Stop F
Terminal 3 - Bus Stop C
Please be aware that the bus only runs on demand and not on a loop.
On arrival back at the car park you will be greeted by a colleague who will return your keys and direct you to your vehicle. Once you've paid any overstay charges due, you can return to your vehicle and leave once ready. One of our staff will open the gates to let you out.
Reception staff and services are available 24/7 Customers own child seat can be used in airport transfers if you’re taking the seat on your flight The car park takes skis, bike boxes and snow boards The car park does not have wheelchair accessible vehicles Please note that there are no EV charge points in the car park The car park doesn’t accept caravans or trailers
Please note that the overstay charges will reflect the standard rate of the car park for anyone who is returning outside of the grace period of 3h. This means the first 24h after the 3h grace will be £50, with then £15 per day thereafter.
