Drop-off at the airport could not have been simpler. However, on the return and picking-up the car - it was unclear where to meet the driver delivering the car back to us.

When we returned from São Tomé at 4 a.m. and I started to drive my Land Rover I was surprised to find the warning light on for the Differential Lock. After stopping, I realised that your driver had engaged this, for no good reason. Please request that your drivers do not alter settings for Low Ratio/Differential Lock in 4-wheel drive vehicles. Excessive tyre wear quickly results from misuse of the Diff Lock.
