Rezervasyon harici tüm hizmetten memnun kaldım. İnternet üzerinden rezervasyon yaparak gittim. Toplam tutar 119,99 TL idi ve 27,99 TL lik kısmı rezervasyon da ödedim. Aracı almaya gittiğimde 92 TL lik kısmı ödeyeceğimi düşünürken görevli arkadaş böyle bir hizmetin olmadığını daha önce birkaç kişinin daha böyle söylediğini kendilerinin böyle bir uygulaması olmadığını, rezervasyon da ücret almadıklarını belirtti ve ücretin tamamını tahsil etti. Ödediğim 27,99 TL lik kısmın iadesini talep ediyorum.

Aracımı terminal kapısında valeye verdim ve 2 hafta sonra da yine terminal kapısından aldım. Sadece 10 dakika önce aramak yeterli oldu. Çok güzel bir hizmet. Umarım hizmet kalitesi bozulmaz.
