On checkout the machine tried to charge me. Called assistance and eventually they found the booking and opened the barrier. Not sure what the izsute was.
Upon leaving the car park, my registration was recognised and subsequently a bill was issued for £185, I queried this via the help button, but had to go into office and show my authorisation email and my car park ticket, after ten minutes on her computer, she apologised and told me that it should be ok now. I shudder to think if it wasn’t, I would have had to pay another £185 to exit car park.
Barrier leaving did not recognise number plate , had to show printouts and explained all paid for , a problem with Parkcloud we are told .
