Entry procedure On arrival, pull up to the barrier and wait up to 10 seconds for the vehicle registration to be scanned. If the registration is recognised, a ticket will print with the booking reference above the barcode. If not, please press the button for a ticket and keep the ticket safe as you will require it on exit*. Follow the road signage to the open parking zone, park and go to the nearest bus stop. It is recommended to mark the back of the parking ticket with the zone, row and bus stop used to aid you on your return. Exit Procedue When exiting the terminal, please go to the South Terminal Long Stay bus stop on the upper forecourt and wait for the courtesy bus. Please proceed straight to the exit barrier, when you arrive to the exit barrier please insert your ticket and the barrier will open. *If you were required to press for a ticket on entry and a booking reference number is not printed above the barcode on the ticket you will need your booking to be checked and your ticket to be validated. Please stop prior to the exit barriers, go to the reception building adjacent to the exit with your ticket and booking reference where your ticket will be validated for exit. Transfer to/From the terminal Free shuttle buses run every 10 to 12 minutes from the Long Stay car park and it takes between 7 and 12 minutes to reach the terminal by bus. When you land, head towards the exit and you’ll find the South Terminal Long Stay bus stop on the left-hand side. Please check the bus is going to the correct zones and advise the coach driver where you have parked when boarding. Facilities for Blue Badge holders Blue Badge parking bays are wider and provided in Zone A, close to the Long Stay South exit. Two additional Blue Badge bays are also available next to each bus stop. All Gatwick airport car parks and courtesy buses are fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). Car Park Restrictions

The overall expierence would be very good if the paperwork would point us to the correct car park. I booked Long Stay South, however the confirmation paperwork referred to North car park. We were very lucky that we came arrived to the airport in advance as we went to the north car park, were we learned that we should be at South....google maps added to the confusion and directed us to a wrong place ☹

Original booking completed Staff unable to help by telephone twice ! Unable to exit - waited 10 mins as my booking not registered at 1130 at night Would not recommend you or ever use you again Rubbish !

On checkout the machine tried to charge me. Called assistance and eventually they found the booking and opened the barrier. Not sure what the izsute was.

Upon leaving the car park, my registration was recognised and subsequently a bill was issued for £185, I queried this via the help button, but had to go into office and show my authorisation email and my car park ticket, after ten minutes on her computer, she apologised and told me that it should be ok now. I shudder to think if it wasn’t, I would have had to pay another £185 to exit car park.
