Entry procedure On arrival, pull up to the barrier and wait up to 10 seconds for the vehicle registration to be scanned. If the registration is recognised, a ticket will print with the booking reference above the barcode. If not, please press the button for a ticket and keep the ticket safe as you will require it on exit*. Follow the road signage to the open parking zone, park and go to the nearest bus stop. It is recommended to mark the back of the parking ticket with the zone, row and bus stop used to aid you on your return. *If you were required to press for a ticket on entry and a booking reference number is not printed above the barcode on the ticket you will need your booking to be checked and your ticket to be validated. Please stop prior to the exit barriers, go to the reception building adjacent to the exit with your ticket and booking reference where your ticket will be validated for exit. Transfer from car park to terminal Free courtesy bus with luggage racks Transfer time to the terminal 5-10 minute bus transfer with buses every 10-12 minutes Transfer from terminal to car park On landing follow signs for Exit/Car Parks. Exit the terminal on the ground floor, turn left and go to the North Terminal Long Stay bus stop (no. 1) at the far end of the North Terminal forecourt, where a bus will return you to the parking area. Please check the bus is going to the North Terminal Long Stay car park when boarding the bus. Exit procedure Please proceed straight to the exit barrier, when you arrive at the exit barrier please insert your ticket and the barrier will open. Security measures The car park is manned 24-hours a day, 365-days a year and frequently patrolled by trained staff. The site has CCTV, security lighting and a perimeter security fence in addition to being an on-site parking facility within the Gatwick airport perimeter. Park Mark 'Safer Parking' approved. Facilities for Blue Badge holders Blue Badge parking with wide bays and easy access are provided on the left as you enter the car park. I used 2 days and I paid for 11 days and. My flight was canceled so I took out the car and they didn't allow me to come back for the rest of the days.

Went round in circles trying to find exit from section 'T' ....perhaps a little better signs / directions / lights would help late at night / early morning.

although this review is only a reflection of my experience this time because every other time it has gone well, this time the bus at the airport pick to take us to the carpark was overfull,then the barrier would not open and was asking for £105 payment,I pressed the call button but got no response I had to back up and go into the office which was manned by just one person who did resolve the problem
