Scandaloso il comportamento al momento del ritorno. Come d'accordo, appena ritirati i bagagli ho chiamato, dando il mio cognome. Mi è stato detto che entro 5 minuti sarebbero arrivati. Dopo sette minuti è arrivato un mezzo con al volante un personaggio che al momento dell'arrivo, quando mi sono presentato mi ha lasciato a terra insieme alla mia famiglia (comprese due bambine una di quattro anni e l'altra di otto mesi!!), facendo salire un'altra famiglia che per ammissione di una delle componenti non aveva nemmeno telefonato per avvertire. Scorretto il comportamento dell'autista che se ne è fregato del fatto che io avevo contattato il parcheggio ed ha ceduto alla prepotenza incivile di chi ha approfittato della sua insipienza. Vergogna!!! Mai consiglierei ad amici e conoscenti di usufruire di Parkvia come detto in faccia all'autista che ci ha lasciati al freddo per mezz'ora!!

Il piazzale del parcheggio non è tutto asfaltato ed ho l'impressione che facciano overbooking, ma lasciare e ritirare l'auto è stato semplicissimo ed il trasporto da e per l'aeroporto è stato velocissimo.

Anzahlung kassiert und bei Ankunft am Parkplatz abgelehnt. Der Wagen sei zu groß, bei der Buchung wurden die genauen Masse angegeben. Für mich sind das Betrüger...
