Bei derBeurteilung muss auf An-und Abreise unterschieden werden. Während die Abreise problemlos klappte und wir die kurzen Wege als extrem angenehm empfanden, hatten wir bei der Anreise erhebliche Probleme: Der Mitarbeiter verlangte 20€, da der aktuelle Preis nicht mehr mit dem Preis zu vereinbaren sei, den wir bereits im Herbst gebucht und bezahlt hatten. Da wir nachts dort ankamen und zum Flughafen wollten, erklärten wir uns bereit, die 20€ zu bezahlen - natürlich ohne eine schriftliche Bestätigung zu erhalten. Bei der Erledigung der Formalitäten versuchte der Mitarbeiter, seine Forderung damit zu rechtfertigen, dass ich einen Buchstaben des Nummernschildes falsch eingegeben hatte (was er zu Beginn garnicht wissen konnte!). Dies machte keinen seriösen Eindruck und trübte unseren Urlaubsbeginn erheblich.
