How the Meet & Greet service works:
On the day of your departure an employee from ParkShuttle Airport Cologne will be waiting for you in the departure area at Terminal 2. After a vehicle checks your vehicle will be photographed and any existing damage will be documented. Your keys will be stored safely in the company safe and cannot get lost. On your return please call the car park once your flight has landed and you have retrieved your luggage. Please go to the arrival area for Terminal 1 B/C. There, a service member will hand over your car to you. Please have a copy of your vehicle handover protocol ready.
If your vehicle is oversized, such as a VW bus, Mercedes bus or Sprinter, an additional payment of EUR 20 is required when booking. - Please select this at the checkout.
Please note the opening hours of the car park.
Vehicles can only be dropped off and collected between 8:00 in the morning and 0:00 at night.
Vehicles that want to be collected after the opening hours, for example after midnight due to a delay, will be penalised with 20 € extra as an additional payment per hour or part thereof.
