HOW DOES IT WORK ?
On the day of your departure, you go to the parking TIMES PARKING at the address listed on your booking voucher. After a short registration process, a shuttle is prepared to drive you to the airport, and you will be dropped off before your departure terminal with your luggage.
It is strongly advised to arrive well ahead of the departure time of your flight.
On your return, call the park once you have retrieved all your luggage before going through customs. You will need to go to level 3 Departures, in front of the Sheraton Hotel.
IMPORTANT: Please arrive at the hour you have booked for, which is also stated in your booking voucher, as the shuttle bus will be prepared for your arrival time. If you are delayed and will be late, please use the phone number provided on your booking voucher to inform the car park. If you do not inform them and arrive more than 30 mins late, you may be refused access to the car park.
Directions
You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.

Although we reserved Times Parking, they directed us to Uparking (15 km away from airport). Waiting time (more than 30 minutes) is terrible while going and returning. When I was returning, there were lots of people who were waiting. They have just 2 cars. Think again if you decide to reserve from Times Parking.

Catastrophique ! Et pourtant habitué de ce type de parking ! Déjà on est censé se garer et garder nos clés Mais sans place, nous avons dû les laisser pour qu ils puissent la déplacer ! Attendre 1h30 la navette qui n arrive pas ! Alors on fait appel à un uber !20€ ... sans ça, nous aurions louper l avion, c est certains ! Retour, 3 navettes nous passent sois le nez, ça prends dans le désordre Donc encore attendu pendant 1h ! Arrivée au parking (noir total en pleine nuit ...) Notre voiture ne démarre pas, et bien C est 20€ les pinces !!! Plus jamais !

I preferrred to make an indoor parking reservation as advertised on website (Parkvia), upon arrival it was outdoor and no one at the reception, it is fenced but entrance is always open and after waiting for 10 mnts a person showed up there both working as a shuttle driver and attendant. Location is industrial area and parking lot is not closed and guarded. The shuttle service is ok. Never recommended!!

Le times parking n'est pas couvert alors qu'il est vendu comme l'étant sur via park. Les gérants profitent du stress des voyageurs qui sont toujours trop pressés ou en retard pour protester et renoncer. Que fait la répression des fraudes à deux pas de bruxelles. Le service VTC de navette était correct.

Slechte service, 1ste parkeerplaats vol, naar andere parkeerplaats moeten rijden die in een zeer slechte staat was. Te weinig vervoer naar vliegveld. Bij terugkomst lang moeten wachten op vervoer naar parkeerplaats. Dit was eens maar nooit meer!
