Arrival: We are now operating as a ticketless car park. You no longer need to push for a ticket, our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras will read your registration number to raise the barriers automatically. Park up in the Valet car park and walk into the Valet reception. A member of staff will complete some checks before taking your vehicle keys and parking your vehicle for you.
Departure: Once you're back at Birmingham Airport, make you way back to the Valet Parking Cabin, where the attendant will return your keys and show you where your car is parked.
Then all you need to do is drive up to the exit where the barrier will automatically raise. If the barrier doesn't raise for you to exit, speak to a member of staff on site or press the assistance button to speak to the car park team.
