Park and Greet is located just 3 minutes from Barcelona El Prat Airport, a privileged location that guarantees the fastest service of the entire airport. Height/length restriction: 2 meters and 5 meters.
With the Park and Greet valet service, go directly to the departures terminal. Call the car park 15 minutes before arriving at the airport to notify them of your arrival and go to the meeting point.
The meeting point for T1 is at Parking Express Exit, and the meeting point for T2 is the Parking Express just below the bridge.
A driver will be waiting for you at these points to pick up your vehicle and take it to the parking lot. You will recognize them by the identifier with the parking logo, as well as a unique code on their mobile that will be the same as yours. Then the vehicle will be checked, photos will be taken. Once done, hand over the keys of your vehicle and the driver will take it to the parking lot.
On the way back, just after collecting the luggage, call the car park again and they will return your car in approximately 10 minutes, at the same point where they picked you up on departure.
In case of delay please call the number on your reservation specifying the full name, phone number and vehicle registration, and they will take care of everything. If your flight is delayed, Park and Greet will cover that cost for you (during opening hours). Off-hours charge € 12 (00:01 to 04:59).
Good to know
- In case of exceeding the parking time, we invite you to pay directly at the parking lot, according to the current hourly rate;
- Once in the parking lot, you will have to hand over the keys of your vehicle to the staff of the reception, who will be in charge of parking it;
- In case of delay with respect to the arrival time entered in your reservation, as well as any modification once your vehicle has been parked, we invite you to prevent parking.
Supplements - will be paid directly at the parking lot
- A supplement of 14€ will be paid in case of a flight delay that involves the return of the vehicle between 00:00 and 05:00;
- For groups of more than 4 people, you will be asked for a supplement of 12€ for the transfer service.
