Upon Arrival: With the guidance of our team, park your car yourself and take your car keys with you when you travel. Our shuttle bus is ready for you and takes you to the departure hall at Schiphol Airport, when you return you will be picked up again by us. Our car park is paved, fenced, fully secured by camera surveillance and has a 24/7 manned office.Shuttle Parking Schiphol has an official license and all staff are insured during the performance of their work. We have a heated waiting room, equipped with coffee and tea, here you can take a seat.
On Your Return: Please get in touch with a member of our staff about 25 minutes before you want to be picked up. Our driver will pick you up with the Shuttlebus and then bring you back to the parking lot. The shuttle service is Free to and from the departure hall for max. 4 persons per reserved car. For each additional person per car there is a one-off surcharge of € 5
We kindly request you to inform us as soon as possible. This in connection with the planning of the Shuttlebus.
You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.

At 4 am we arrivéd at a closed and deserted dump. Made a panic phone call and had to go to another car park in another town. Very stressy. The lady who picked us up on the way back was very nice.

The car park is nothing like the advertised description. It is NOT tarmaced (paved), only the driveway is paved, and poorly at that. Parking is in a field, on gravel/grass. There is absolutely no waiting room or. lounge, so don't expect to be able to go to a toilet after a long drive. Perimeter fence is a joke, there may be some remnant of an old wire at the edge of the trees, but it's mainly bushes, so security is rather poor. The pick up is actually in an airport drop-off area, not where all other parking shuttles pick up passengers, so don't forget to trek to the departures after you arrive! Overall, this is a rip-off, because we were paying for a lot of services we didn't get. The staff was nice, though, but that doesn't change the fact that this operation is a sham.

I was a bit confused when I arrived as I wasn't sure what to do. No staff at the parking place. The number to call was on the sign. I should have done more research before I came there but I would recomend this place. Great staff on the phone. Very friendly shuttle staff. Car was still as I left it. No problems at all with the service I received. Thank you!
