On the day of your departure: go straight to the hotel's front desk and show your booking voucher to the receptionist. Shortly after you park a taxi will be arranged to take you to the airport or a member of staff will be arranged to take you to the airport with your own vehicle if you have purchased a transfer service.

On your return: after you collect your luggage please call the car park using the contact number listed in the booking voucher. If you have purchased a transfer service a member of staff will be sent to pick you up with your own vehicle.
