How to book parking

This article is to provide our customers with guidance on how to book parking at any location provided on our website via our new 3-step booking system.

Step 1 – Compare

First, you’ll need to decide whether you need airport parking or port and station parking before entering the name of the location that you need to park at. Then you can enter your vehicle drop off date and time as well as the pickup date and time before clicking “find car parks” to begin your search for parking.

From a glance you can compare distance, cost and ratings to determine the car park best for you. You can also use the refine search on the left-hand side of the screen to filter the car parks out. However, if you click “more info” you’ll be able to see the different services that the operator offers which may help you decide what car park is best for you. These services may range from different security measures to shuttle bus and valet parking.

Step 2 – Book

To proceed to the booking section, you should click the “book now” button of the car park that you’ve chosen where you need to enter your details and any voucher or discount promotion codes if applicable before proceeding to payment. Make sure to have your information handy to make your booking process easier!

When you’ve completed your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking reference which you will need on the day you arrive at the car park location. It’s important that you keep this safe and don’t lose it as you’ll need it to be able to contact our customer support team about your booking.
