It would be better if the instructions printed on the card, advising where to go after clearing customs, matched the signage at the exits N. Terminal. Why not take a walk from the customs exit and look at the signage and then use the same as the signage on the printed label on the card? It is a great service overall but a little puzzling to work out after a long flight. Would recommend 100% for convenience and value IF someone could actually check the signage.

Returned to different terminal

Vehicle cleaned two days before departure. Returned to find it covered in dust and 4 x bird poo on car. Not a big deal but a little annoying. I had mistakenly overbooked by one day, so returned 24hrs early, car obviously not there, bearded South African guy at desk was super professional about it and didn't make me feel like an idiot for doing so. He chased my car and got it delivered to car park as soon as was possible.

The road junction is a bit confusing, but overall it's fine.

Great place to park your vehicle!

Excellent value parking. Appreciate the flexibility, arrived slightly early but the barriers lifted. Very easy to book, great value, no hassle airport parking service.
