Vehicle handover is an important aspect in any car parking operation, so we've made things simpler by adding a customer signature sheet to ParkCloud. Car park managers can simply print the pre-filled form, then on customer arrival check vehicle condition and sign. Regardless of whether the customer is using a meet and greet or shuttle bus service, the sheet can be signed again by both parties on departure, thus ensuring a smooth return for the customer and car park.

Signature sheets can be customised with a logo, car park contact details, terms and conditions, along with any mandatory fields, and can be printed or re-printed at any point.
