When will I receive booking confirmation?

Booking Confirmation

Car parks that do not require payment in advance: your booking will be confirmed as soon as you fill in the booking form and click 'Confirm Booking'.

For car parks that require a deposit or full payment in advance, your booking will be confirmed as soon as the payment is complete. In the case of bank transfer this means as soon as we have received the funds and marked your booking as confirmed.

You will receive your booking voucher by email and sms text message within a few minutes of your booking being confirmed. The email will contain booking confirmation with the car park's address, phone number and route directions on how to get there along with instructions on how to use the service, plus terms conditions, gps coordinates and often a map. Your sms confirmation will contain your booking reference number, amount due to pay and the car park's contact phone number.

What to do if you do not receive booking confirmation
There could be a number of reasons why you don't receive confirmation:

Your booking is incomplete: it may be that you need to make a payment in order to confirm your booking, in this case please contact ParkVia customer service.

You entered your email address/phone number incorrectly: you can check and change these details by logging into your account. Alternatively please contact us and we can amend your contact details for you.
The email may have been blocked by spam filters so please check your spam/junk folder and settings.

If you have made a bank transfer, please allow at least 5 working days.

You can also resend your booking voucher from your account.
