qr code did not work to get in or out of car park. i had to get staff members to help on both ocassions.

No. Plate recognition didn’t work. Barrier didn’t raise. So I ( know I shouldn’t have) pressed ticket button to get in. On return I pressed ‘help’ to get out. All done very efficiently. No fuss, thanks,👍🏻
