Located in the bottom right-hand side of the chat window, the newly created FAQs will allow customers to browse between easy-to-navigate categories – Top 10 FAQs, Before You Book, Car Park Information, Your Booking and More About ParkVia.
Each category has been created to guide you through the booking journey and pre-empt any questions you may have before, during or after you place your parking reservation. With thousands of live chats answered each month, we’re constantly looking to improve your experience with ParkVia, so please continue to provide your feedback to our team!
