How to amend or cancel a booking outside office hours?
If you made a booking on our website and for some reason you need to cancel or amend your booking outside of office hours, you do not need worry. You can use the 'My Account' facility available on our website to make changes on your booking.
To make amendments, follow the instructions below:
- After making your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation by email, with a password to access Your Account
- Go to My Account page on our website
- Enter your email address and password to log in
- Once you are logged in, you will have the option to cancel or amend your booking and to even re-send booking voucher.
Remember that bookings must be amended or cancelled with "24 hours notice".
You can also change your password; it will be easier to remember the password for your next booking.
