Flight bound for Larnaca Airport diverted
A Cyprus Airways flight from Heathrow to Larnaca had to make an emergency landing this week when a boy who has just undergone heart surgery suffered hypoxia during the flight. The emergency landing occurred when the boy began having problems and 2 doctors who happened to be on the flight examined him and advised to get him to a hospital as quickly as possible. The place diverted to Venice where he was brought by an ambulance to the nearest hospital.
