Following the launch of our live chat facility in July, we have been busy gathering data from conversations with customers and we’re pleased to inform you that we now have a new Frequently Asked Questions section to assist with your booking enquiries!

Located in the bottom right-hand side of the chat window, the newly created FAQs will allow customers to browse between easy-to-navigate categories – Top 10 FAQs, Before You Book, Car Park Information, Your Booking and More About ParkVia. 

Each category has been created to guide you through the booking journey and pre-empt any questions you may have before, during or after you place your parking reservation. With thousands of live chats answered each month, we’re constantly looking to improve your experience with ParkVia, so please continue to provide your feedback to our team!  

To facilitate your booking experience further, customers with a mobile device can now also contact the customer experience team via WhatsApp by simply sending their enquiry to 0161 730 0160.
