Budget Airlines snap up Ryanairs Belfast flight services
Weeks after Ryanair stated they were getting rid of a number of their flights from Belfast, Flybe have announced that they will increase their flight schedule by taking over 3 of the routes Ryanair left. These are all to the UK cities Liverpool, Bristol and East Midlands. It is a great boost to the city and was happily greeted by the Tourism Minister, Arlene Foster. Along with Flybe's new commitment the rival company to Ryanair, Eayjet, have vowed where possible to help any passengers affected by Ryanairs decision. With a special rescue package, costing £10, they aim to use any seats available on their flights to help get passengers to their destination.
