How to use the service:

Meet & Greet service Call a member of staff 10 minutes before your arrival at the airport and drive directly to the departure terminal. A driver wearing the car park logo will be waiting for you to drive your car to the car park. On your return, please call car park staff after your flight has landed. Car park staff will drive your vehicle to the terminal with a full and manual car wash.


You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.

The drop-off was perfect and hassle-free. The pick-up, however, was not pleasant at all. The driver stood by and watched me struggle to get 2 large and heavy bags into the boot without offering any assistance at all,, even though he was about 35 years my junior, (he was too busy on his phone), The car, which was supposed to have been returned, washed and cleaned, as per the booking confirmation, was covered in a layer of dust and dirt, which makes me think that it was left outside for the duration of the week, rather than having been parked undercover, as advertised.. I am also quite sure that the car was driven while in their custody, as the aircon temperature controls had been adjusted on the passenger side of the car, which is not something that I would have done. The driver walked away, at the airport, before I had a chance to check the mileage against his initial sheet. I am furious!
