Flyparks (Exeter) Ltd offer a personal parking service using professional drivers who will make you feel at ease from the moment you arrive.
They operate from a totally secure compound that offers 24 hour security with full perimeter fencing and flood lighting. The site is also covered by newly installed CCTV, barrier entry system and a security office. In addition there is generally a member of staff or Fair Oak House resident on site at all times.
Your car is insured for every second that it is in their care with specialist policies covering the entire time that it is parked with us as well as the short journey to and from our site.
Even if unforeseen circumstances dictate additional time in our Car Park, your vehicle will continue to be fully insured.
Our rates are highly competitive and fully inclusive. Clients choosing to Meet &Greet avoids the additional charges and convoluted procedures associated with entering / exiting the Short stay car park no 1. No struggling with luggage on and off buses and no long walks. We will meet you within 120 yards of the terminal building at the beginning and the end of your journey.
You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation. To view the location of the car park, please see the map on the website.
Please bring your booking confirmation details with you on the day of travel.
The drop-off point is located 120 meters from the terminal, some customers choose to drop passengers with restricted mobility (PRM) at car park No1 prior to leaving their vehicle at Flyparks drop off point or may choose to use a different type of parking service such as Park & Ride.
Hybrid/electric vehicles: If your car requires any kind of special instructions beyond that of a conventional petrol or diesel, please ensure that you make us aware of this in advance.
Security Boxes for key return - Please note we may occasionally place your key in a security box next to the house at the drop off point, in this event we will provide a pin code for the security box via text. It is essential that you provide a mobile contact telephone number prior to leaving your vehicle.
Please be aware: If your return flight date changes, you will need to give Flyparks a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your return. This will need to be done during their business hours, which are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. If you do not provide Flyparks with 24 hours’ notice (as above) and return within their business hours, you will be charged a £25 callout fee. If you return outside of their business hours, you will be charged a £50 callout fee.
When calling for your driver, use the mobile number not the landline. The landline number should only be called in an emergency.
No mobile homes, vans, lorries, caravans or trailers are permitted.
Storage is at the owners risk subject to our printed Terms & Conditions.
You can add Cancellation Cover to this service for £1.49. Cancellation Cover must be selected at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date. Should you wish to cancel or amend you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your departure date in order to be eligible; those who cancel after this time will be subject to our normal Terms and Conditions. Cancellation Cover does not apply for bookings made the same day, booked for the following day or in certain products where stated.
