Charleroi Airport T2 Lounge

The Lounge is located within Terminal 2 boarding area, in front of Gate 26, and is much more than just a pleasant place in which to wait for your plane. The benefits of the Lounge start as soon as you go through security, where you can use the Priority lane for FREE and save €4. Priority Lane allows you to bypass the standard queue, providing a calm and quick way to move through security control.

Benefits in the lounge include:

• Private getaway from the crowded terminal;
• Comfy sofas and armchairs;
• A selection of complimentary drinks and snacks;
• Watch TV or read complimentary newspapers and magazines;
• Use the computer to browse the internet or log on to the free WIFI

How it works

Once you have confirmed your booking, you will receive an email containing your booking voucher along with an access code to the Lounge and QR-Code for the Priority Lane. Please print your voucher. Scan your QR-Code at the Priority Lane. To enter the lounge simply key the access code (found on your email voucher) into the keypad beside the door. You may be asked to provide your voucher at the Lounge also so please ensure you keep your voucher safe.

Terms and Conditions

One ticket is required per person except for infants under the age of 2 accompanied by an adult ticket holder. Lounge and Priority Lane is valid for 1 (one) single use only. Access to the Priority Lane and the Lounge is only available in conjunction with a boarding pass or “Check-in Voucher”. The Priority Lane is different from the “Priority Boarding” products offered by airlines which give priority in aircraft boarding.

Drinks and food provided to access pass holders must be consumed in the lounge and within reasonable limits. The Lounge is open 4.30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.. It may not in any circumstances be used as a place to sleep.

The Lounge is cleaned once a day and users are therefore requested to dispose of their rubbish in the area provided before leaving the lounge. Animals are strictly forbidden inside the Lounge

Priority Lane provides the holder the right to use the lanes reserved for Priority Lane customers but:

• in no way guarantees that there will be no queue at the security check;
• does not absolve the holder from compliance with all security procedures;
• does not absolve the holder from compliance with the general conditions of the air carrier with which the holder is travelling.

Once a reservation for the Fast Track and/or The Lounge has been confirmed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled by the customer

BSCA reserves the right to close the Lounge/Priority Lane (or offer a reduced service) at any time, without prior notice, for reasons of security, safety, default by a service provider or reasons beyond its control. No refund may be claimed in such circumstances. As access to the Lounge is limited to a maximum of 9 people, BSCA reserves the right to refuse access to additional voucher holders

Directions

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.
