So easy, once booked I had to change the time, no problem and no extra charge. Made the phone call 20 mins before, pulled up to Car Park 3 and got a wave from one of the staff, who was waiting for me, really nice chap, put us right on procedure when arriving back, same again, so easy, made the phone call 20 mins before and as we walked into Car Park 3 he drove in, lovely bloke, with a big smile, cases in the car and out the barrier within 5 minutes, brilliant throughout. Defo will be using them again.. Thank You
