How does the service work?

On the day of departure

The handover of your vehicle and the return of the key take place in the car park. Please call the Infiniti-Parking 30 minutes before your arrival. Drive directly to the Infiniti-Parking car park in Frankfurt. When you arrive at the parking lot, you will be assigned a parking space and you will have to hand in your car keys. From here you will be taken to the airport terminal by shuttle service. A member of staff will drop you off at Terminal 1 B6 or Terminal 2 E8/23-N.

On the day of your return

When you arrive, please call Infiniti-Parking twice. Once after landing and again when you have retrieved your luggage. The Infiniti-Parking employee will then make his way to the meeting point (Terminal 1 B6 or Terminal 2 E8/23-N) and collect you from there. The collection will take place within a maximum of 30 minutes. He will then drive you back to the parking lot, where you can collect your vehicle and begin your journey home

Potential additional charges:

• For arrivals or departures between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., there is a night surcharge of 60 euros, the charge will automatically be added at the checkout
• An extension of parking after your stay has already started costs an additional €20 per day. This is to be paid at the car park on the day of your return.
• The transfer is included in the price for up to 4 passengers, if you have more passengers than that, an automatic charge will be added at the checkout. We recommend bringing additional passengers to the airport before coming to the car park. If you select the incorrect amount of passengers, the operator reserves the right to charge the additional amount at the car park. 
• The price includes the transfer for 1 large suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage per person. For each additional piece, the parking provider charges an additional 10 euros, which will have to be paid at the car park
• Max. vehicle size: 2.00 meters wide and 5.00 meters long
• If you are delayed by more than 30 minutes, you will have to pay an additional charge as this will incur additional personnel costs due to your delayed arrival.
