Aryans ParkandSmile provides a stress-free, hassle-free meet and greet parking service for passengers flying from King Shaka International Airport. They have 24 hours security, CCTV surveillance and armed response. They offer a free, courtesy car wash and vacuum.

 

HOW DOES THE MEET & GREET SERVICE WORK? You must call the driver approximately 20 minutes before arriving at the airport on the phone number provided in the booking voucher to inform the driver of your arrival or of any delays. This is required since the driver will expect to pick up your vehicle at the time specified.

On your arrival, please drop off your car at King Shaka Airport. The valet will park your car in their secure car park.

On your return, once you have retrieved your luggage, please contact the number provided in your booking voucher and confirm your arrival. The driver will return your car at the airport.

Directions

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation. To view the location of the car park, please see the map on the website.

I will definitely not make use of Park and Smile again, my car was not parked at the location as indicated, I tracked my car on my tracking app, the car was used for trips to the harbor and back, traveled more than a 120km and was given back to me not cleaned, actually more dirty and full of mud, in and outside, with about 1/2 a tank of fuel missing, excluding all the traveling they did. I have been waiting for the owner to contact me, with no avail, worst service ever.

Car was clean but windows were not so clean made visibility a bit difficult.

We strongly suspect that petrol was used from our vehicle as at least 100km of petrol was used to take it just 15km.

Happy with the service and car received back in order. just not happy i had to pay additional R100 for shade parking, this was not mentioned when making the booking and no actual proof that my car was actually parked under cover. car also was parked off site i thought it would be parked near the airport but it was 10kms away in a residential area.

Absolutely angry. The car was dirty and was driven 185 klm while we were away. The pick up was late. When dropping off the car the lady asked for an extra R100 to put under cover. That was not in the original quote. Will NEVER use again. i would like to be refunded R185 for the petrol used. Please contact me for my bank details.

I recorded my vehicle mileage when i left it and then again when i got my vehicle back. It was late and i wanted to get home so only compared the difference in mileage when i got home. It was only then that i discovered that my vehicle had traveled 50km in my absence. It is advertised that the vehicles are stored 7km from the airport which means that my car was used for other purposes in my absence. Will never use your service again

HOW TO SWITCH OFF A CLIENT The original quote I received was for a total of R205.00. I arrived at the airport and the collecting lady advised me that this was for open parking and would have no shelter against hail, which I had not been previously advised - this would cost me a further R150.00, which I paid. I then cut short my stay by a day as I returned early. No refund was given to me although I asked for one. I advised the lady and the supervisor on the telephone number 061 371-2027 that I would ensure that for the lack of refund and the lack of advice of the open parking I would speak to everyone I knew and ensure that I was able to hurt their income by at least R20'000 because of their treatment of me and would personally never use them again. I have already turned four customers away from them and will continue to advise people of my experience, which may cost your business a very large amount.

The lady who picked up my car was so unfriendly and borderline rude. She has zero understanding of customer service even the basics of greeting. She before you even get out of the car, she is already walking around looking for scratches. My car tires were scratched when returned, my car was far more dirty than when I left it. Lady was very rude when I asked why the car wasn't washed as this is a service they advertised. She said they had not water, for 3 days? Wow! I hated the service. My car arrived 30min late for pick up even though I kept communicating with the company regarding my travel time. Unfortunately I have nothing nice to say about the company. I'm very disappointed. Aneesa was very nice when I spoke to her over the phone. She needs to train that lady who picks up the cars.
