HOW DOES THE MEET & GREET SERVICE WORK? You must call the driver approximately 20 minutes before arriving at the airport on the phone number provided in the booking voucher to inform the driver of your arrival or of any delays. This is required since the driver will expect to pick up your vehicle at the time specified.
On your arrival, please drop off your car at King Shaka Airport. The valet will park your car in their secure car park.
On your return, once you have retrieved your luggage, please contact the number provided in your booking voucher and confirm your arrival. The driver will return your car at the airport.

Hi. I did not have a problem with your company. I unfortunately booked with Aryan parking as most others were already fully booked . However, my experience with them was most unpleasant. The driver was rude and asked for cash . Did not have proper invoice or receipt. Was dodgy . Looks like car was driven further than expected. The car was returned very dirty as it looked like driven on dirt/mud roads . No carwash as advised. Will NOT use them again. Not recommended.
Car was parked 15km away from the airport and that consumed my fuel.
My only complaint is that there were 290km added on my car and i googled and the company was 13km from the airport. I will use this website again, but not the same company. Thank you
Describing the experience best explain this. We arrived and couldn't identify that staff member because she had no branding on. She informed me that the car cannot be washed which I was not aware of. Not indicated on website. Shaded parking was going to be an extra R100 which wads also not specified on the website. She made me take a photo of a bank card of her phone to complete the payment (Did not use this method) Upon my return we couldn't find any company branding on your staff member. The car was full of dust and dirty. I had to then pay cash which she did not have change for. `So I had to leave without getting change. Once I got on the road I noticed that my fuel cage was way lower than where it should have been because I filled up on the way there. My estimate must be that 10-15 litres of diesel was stolen out of my bakkie as well. I await your response ,if none is received I will have to take to social media to warn people of the shocking service you offer.

They reset my car kilometres,I don’t know why?
I have strong suspicions that my car was driven around whiles it should be parked or petrol gets stolen, or both.
I’m not sure I would use Aryan’s again as I was asked for an additional R100 at the airport to park undercover. This should have been made clear on the website and there should also be options to pay electronically. The receipt I was given was very poorly photocopied and incomplete . The drop off and collection of my vehicle was very good though .
