HOW DOES THE MEET & GREET SERVICE WORK? You must call the driver approximately 20 minutes before arriving at the airport on the phone number provided in the booking voucher to inform the driver of your arrival or of any delays. This is required since the driver will expect to pick up your vehicle at the time specified at the DROP OFF ZONE 1. The valet will park your car in their secure car park.
On your return, once you have retrieved your luggage, please contact the number provided in your booking voucher and confirm your arrival. The driver will return your car at the airport.
Used BD3 for the second time, the driver kept pushing car wash services at an extra charge, told me it's his birthday when collecting and dropping off , added some km's and apologised for it and my car smell of smoke now. disgusting!
Just the pick up was not very well done. I waited about 30mins once off my flight which wasn't too serious but just not perfect. Also you have to pay for a car wash up front. I had no cash so I told the driver that I would pay cash when I collect my vehicle. On collection, the driver told me he has washed my car, there's zero chance in hell that happened. So glad I didn't pay for the service up front. He told me that it got dirty again because he drove through a construction site
I received my car 45 minutes after. I was already very angry and had phones twice. The driver lied to me me telling me he is around the corner when he is not.
Excellent. Paityn's was fantastic.
Upon arrival, found the passenger side door dented & a wiper blade missing. Extremely poor communication & service from Paityns to resolve my claim.

Returning my car was disappointing,as had to wait 30minutes at airport, without any form of communication,had let your staff know about my arrival while in OR TAMBO airport to King Shaka, if that can be rectified will be pleased, but forgave as it was the first time it happened, previously got a great service from your staff & professional,so for further service communication is key to letting customer know you experiencing challenges in returning the car
