HOW DOES THE MEET & GREET SERVICE WORK? You must call the driver approximately 20 minutes before arriving at the airport on the phone number provided in the booking voucher to inform the driver of your arrival or of any delays. This is required since the driver will expect to pick up your vehicle at the time specified.
On your arrival, please drop off your car at King Shaka Airport. The valet will park your car in their secure car park.
On your return, once you have retrieved your luggage, please contact the number provided in your booking voucher and confirm your arrival. The driver will return your car at the airport.
Directions

I struggled to get dropoff location,bcs it was first time being at airport,i dnt blame the guy who came to fetch my car,he was calling every now and then giving directions because my navigator failed me.otherwise i had great experience their service was excellent,the guy was so polite,and very welcoming.when i came back frm my trip my car was already outside waiting for me.washed and clean.thank you keep up the good work.

I book my parking, paid the R 30.00 deposit on line and then received a phone call from First Choice to say that they can't accommodate me as they are fully booked. How do I get my deposit back? Well that is paid into a British bank account of the agent so you have to ask them but by the time you have paid the bank charges it possibly won't be worth it. Seriously, is this some sort of scam????
