Vehicle exterior was cleaned nicely but the interior wasn’t great….vacuuming wasn’t done in the rear or luggage space and floor mats were still wet.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT MAKE USE OF THEIR SERVICE - got back from my work trip, late in the evening, to find my car OPEN, UNATTENDED & CLAMPED. VERY poor communication (only answered 1x and NEVER again) Waited more than 45 min for them to sort out the fine & to get released.

Just an advice, the guys picking up are not visible or easy to identify, maybe they should be wearing a tshirt with the parkvia logo. Also the contact number on the booking confirmation is forever on voicemail. I was struggling to amend my booking on line and needed to call which I couldn't get through. Otherwise the pickup and drop off was smooth and panctual.
