Rehoboth Services Undercover Parking

Rehoboth never pitched to pick up my car. I phoned them on the numbers provided in excess of 15 times and no one answered the phone. I also whatsapp them and to date the messages were not read. No explanation was given as to why there was no show and no refund offered. Had to leave my car in long term parking or miss my flight. Shocking service.

Rehoboth simply did not pitch! If it were not for another parking company I would have been stranded. Didn't reply to any of the 3 tel numbers provided on the booking form. Have sent all this evidence íncluding screenshots of multiple calls not answered to Park Via who has still not refunded me for services not provided! Would not recommend and will not use again!!!

They did not turn up,please process refund.

Have used the service before and will definitely use them again.

I paid and booking was confirmed. Later received a message to cancel booking as no parking available. I will not recommend or use youlls services ever again

No one arrived and I havent been refunded

Service provider refused to receive the vehicle claiming that they did not receive a booking. I was treated in a very rude manner and was offered any help. I had to figure out an alternative plan as where I could drop of the vehicle. I demand a refund as compensation for what happened.

Excellent service from start to finish. They were on time and even came earlier as i arrived 30 minutes earlier at the airport, gave them a call and within 10 minutes were there to collect my car. On arrival they were spot on with them time. Such a pleasant experience dealing with this company,

Was a bit worried when I found out the premises where they keep the vehicles is not on the Airport premises as advertised. But everything went well and I am happy with their service.

Require invoice after use

I used Rehoboth Parking and found their staff very helpful and friendly. They communicated with me and were accommodating about the drop-off time (I was earlier than I had said I would be). A thoroughly professional operation that I will happily recommend to others.
