Park and Trip Faro

No qr code for entry and exit. Very stressful experience and had to call man to open gate. Would not recommend or use again

qr code IN and OUT did not work. Had to phone for barrier operation. Office unmanned, no shuttle, no signage about what to do with keys. Lack of signage to locate site, apart from at entrance street. Walk is a lot further than site suggests...and need to walk on road. Unsuitable for elderly with heavy cases. I use ParkVia at Lisbon all the time, this does not compare favourably.

No pudimos abrir la puerta, ni para entrar ni para salir, no había nadie en el parking ni nos cogían el teléfono. No pasamos regular con los niños esperando dentro del coche y con la preocupación de perder los vuelos. Muy mal

No one in office, document received had no QR code. On drop off I made 16 phone calls to the numbers on the gate and number on office door before finally an answer. On departure at 10:30am, no one in office, but only 3 calls to get out.

Didn't receive a code but called the number and was easy access and exit.

Llamamos y nadie nos atendió el teléfono, pagamos y no tuvimos servicio

No pude ingresar al estacionamiento y nadie me atendió ni brindo soporte cuando traté de contactar a los teléfonos publicados en el acceso. Además se desentienden del problema haciendo responsable al operador del aparcamiento y el operador del aparcamiento dice que no puede hacer nada, ya que el pago lo hice a través de Park Via

We were not sent a QR code, only a booking reference. We rang all 4 emergency numbers but it took 20 minutes to get a reply when the barrier was lifted. We had the same experience on pick up when it took 15 minutes to get the phone calls answered.

Easy to book, to pay and well to reach

Der Shuttle Service funktioniert nicht. Es war niemand da. Der Shuttle Service sollte länger als von 09.00h bis 18.00h zur Verfügung stehen.

A nice parking, price-quality is good. The QR code scanner is not easy to reach from the car, so I had to step out. The area where you park the car is gravel and sand, so it can be muddy after rain.

Would be nice to have spaces in the shade

Unfortunately it was impossible to get the working QR code from this organization which made it impossible for me to enter en leave the car park. Nobody answered neither my telephone calls or emails🥲

Slight issue using the code to get out. Couldnt get it to register although did eventually. Maybe move the reader out of direct sunlight?

Echo en falta mas señalización fuera del parking para poder llegar con masfacilidad

NO SE LO QUE OCURRIO, PERO TUVE QUE APARCAR EN P3, Y PAGAR AL RECOGER EL VEHICULO, SI NO PAGAGA NO PODIA SALIR.

Súper cómodo y fácil A 5 min a pie del aeropuerto

I had no problems except the Q code reader was a bit slow to pick the code from my phone. Will use again.
